Terms and Conditions – Simply Balloons Welcome to Simply Balloons! By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

General

Simply Balloons is based in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and provides balloon décor and delivery services within our service area. All services are subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date for large events. Full small deliveries, full payment is required to place your order. Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice may be subject to a rush fee, depending on availability. Payments can be made via credit card, Zelle, or other accepted methods listed on your invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive credit toward a future order. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered balloon installations.

Delivery & Set-Up

Delivery and setup times are coordinated in advance and must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your event. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order or allow access to the venue at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply for early morning, late-night, or holiday delivery.

Outdoor Installations

We are happy to install balloon decorations outdoors; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions (wind, heat, rain, snow, etc.) once installation is complete. Outdoor balloon displays are not guaranteed to last as long as indoor ones due to environmental factors.

Balloon Care

Balloons are delicate. Avoid sharp objects, extreme temperatures, and rough handling. Helium balloons may float for 2-3 days; air-filled balloons can last much longer if kept indoors and away from direct sunlight.

Liability

Simply Balloons is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from balloon use, installation, or removal. Some balloon types may pose a choking hazard and are not recommended for children under 3.

Photos & Promotions

We may photograph our balloon installations for promotional use on social media and our website. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing in advance.
